Thank you for participating in this year’s exhibition! The Hospitality Show is taking place November 2 - 4, 2026 at the Miami Beach Convention Center.   

REGISTRATION:  Access the staff registration portal through the 'Exhibitor Registration' tab in the navigation bar.

• Register all show staff for either an Exhibitor Pass (Expo Only) or Exhibitor Conference Pass (Expo + Conference Content).
• Exhibitors have access to a discounted rate to upgrade to a Conference Pass.

Create Your Company Profile

Select the 'Create Your Profile' tab in the navigation bar to review and update your company profile.
Be sure to:

• Upload your company logo and company description.

• Review the tasks listed within your profile for important deadlines and order forms.
• Complete your profile so attendees can learn more about your company through the exhibitor hub and show mobile app.

• Review event logistics, important information, and vendor order forms in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
• View the most up-to-date 2026 floor plan under Featured Links.
