3-Month Revenue Guarantee

For each of the first three full months following go-live, if the tracked direct-booking and upsell revenue generated by Dextr AI is less than the applicable monthly platform fee, Dextr AI will waive that month’s platform fee.

Revenue attribution will be based on bookings and upsells completed or directly influenced through Dextr AI and documented in the platform’s reporting. The guarantee applies to platform fees only and excludes usage charges, third-party costs, taxes and other pass-through expenses.
